Port Eliot Festival was an interesting local fashion event, where us common people were able to show off our sense of style and beauty. And British crowd fashion is very open and integrative, combining Topshop dresses and Aztec ponchos, strict blazers and sparkling golden blouses, free flowing kaftans and white lace skirts. Even some fashion brands like Chloe acknowledge the influence this Kornish festival had on their style.

Festival itself was, in turn, often inspired by performance and costume, both historical and imaginary. Quirky and extravagant head-pieces of Rococo variety were especially prominent.
